You have to give courage to newbies.It's not like it's 3/10 QQ noob close photoshop.Explain your damn rate, WHY, what he should improve, encourage them, don't just tell those shits.

@Topic: It's good for your start, but putting the render outside of the whole signature is not good always.Try to avoid it.There are some good tutorials around.Read them, understand them (not just read them), and keep up! ;)
