When i try to play it says:

The gameguard update was cancelled. Check your conecction status or firewall..

 

or

 

Problem when running gameguard or something like that...

 

i already disable my firewall...

 

re-installed the server patch and the client like 20 times...

wrong section and you should say what chronicle you're talking about because it matters for gameguard issues

in general help o.O

 

and if it's C4 you should just look for patched files that get rid of gameguard completely... had it been C5 or interlude it would have been more complicated but in C4 you can simply patch nwindow and get rid of it completely.
