2 different programs with for 2 diferent work.. with the phx you have a real image for what you cheat and with hlapex you cheat but no effected to other only to you...

programs is similar because they can capture packs and send it to server, but hlapex is very old, so itdont work anywhere, o phx is old too(about half a year you could safe enchant with it).
