Starting level?

I say usual lvl 1, even if its a high rate, i think ppl can spend 30 minutes to get max lvl instead of gettin a new character max lvl already, people might be able to exploit it example in oly or mutliboxing if they have great pcs...

First, because this is the normal as i know. And because it is a high rate. 20mins xp or even less isnt a big deal for me.

if its low rate 20 is just fine
