I think only on l2off servers, If you want make interesting client, one bad thing , then people see it this thing , take it from your client and use it on another server.

That's called stealing. If you don't have morale you can always do it. By the way, I can make the effect to be unique  named. Such as L2Noob.L2Noob_1 so you can always track down who originally have it from weapongrp
