How can i detect l2walker in l2off server??

By detect u mean other players using it?

dunno if you read this but oh well. if you need to detect on YOUR server if players run walker there's 2 ways to do so, if not that many ppl go through logs but this will be a pain in the ass, b/c you'll have to find a player doing same thing on same spot over and over and over and withing the set time amount buffs. Or through reports from other players, this method is painless. No other way to find out if the guy runs walker or not, only way to avoid bots is to put up a good protection.
