platinum members are donate members too but with more privileges than a simple donator member(they have karma privileges,they Gain Access to Hidden Sections: "JankYard" and "Mods&Admins" etc

it means that you dont have enough posts! it may require 200 posts and you may have 199!you cant see it this way!you must have posts equal to the number it requires or higher or 200 at least to reveal the hidden tags
