1: check if u have jdk and jre java packs installed...

2: your database is crashed...

man how am i suppose to know that? its your database... if u have navicat u can try to repair all tables (right click on table>>maintain tables>>repair tables) or reinstall it from begining... (or u can try to rollback if u have a backup)

 

but maybe it isnt your batabase.. r u sure u have jdk and jre installed? ... also maybe some of the java files are corrupted in your gameserver..

Just re-pack the database..

Or maybe your computer Firewall is blocking it..

AS YOU WILL SEE:

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE Java files...
