1st 2nd 3rd class changer without quest ( or quest items in the shop)

subclass without quest

shop up to b/a grade

no crafts at least only for really special things

Exchange A/s grade for coins/GB/AA/adena/stones/etc...

Costume farm zones

max enchats +16

NO DONATION maybe only for up to +16 no OP DONATORS

class balance as much as possible

NPC BUFFER up to 2ND buffs

No useless classes maybe besides from dwarfs *

300+ online always

if it's L2J so stable one without lags and with good files

PVP ALIVE

POSSIBLE TO GET BEST GEAR SOLO

Nobless without quest ( or quest item in the shop that's big advantage)

 

BTW if the server is good enough i might bring some full clan with me.

 

I mostly looking for something similar to Dubai.

The only server that almost fitting to my request is MXC 70x but i can't login ... :|

MXC- I can't login probably because im too far from the servers location

l2forever - after reading the comment i can only say "nuff said" about this server

l2loyal - you probably meant loyal, anyway it's nice server but i feel that this server wont last long

l2 - amaya i didn't like the features

 

btw im going to edit my post, because im looking for 100x+
