i have have got 1 problem

I wanted to create skill, all is working but i dont know how can i move skill from Active skills to Passive Skills, i was checking xml files but that is changing just effect and i copyed line at skillgrp from passive skill to my skill but its not working too so maybe u can tell me how can i change it?

find the XML and change the skill from OP_ACTIVE to OP_PASSIVE

but i want to change could be seen if i check Skills(alt+k) and when i change from OP_passive to OP_active, it doesnt change it
