X64 under 32bit Windows.

You can. You need some emulator.. Virtual.. something but i forgot what it's exactly called but it's definitly possible.

It's NOT possible with windows x32, it is with linux, but the server will lag a lot

Server machine with emulator will be very busy and speed will go down.

You can't  . You must reinstall  it (windows) that's all but better allways do C:/ D:/ hard drives .....  that's all

I dont recommend using virtual machine to run a real 64bit server either, but for a quick test server it'll work just fine if you have lots of memory lol.

that's dumb cause you need good processor to run l2server.exe and i dont think there is any really good enough 32bit processors to do it.
