Why do i feel that i am the best about l2 ( on knowledge and information stuff not game play, cause there the only class i know and i pwn is gladi,tank,mage.healer,buffer) /ontopic well since Steal Essence is an attack which hasnt any specific element i would say that whatever you do the dmg would be the same.... BUT if you are a WC you NEED fire element cause of that physical skills that he has. Anyways i would prefer to use fire because almost noone ingame is sorceror (BTW i <3 sorceror  :D ) so noone has elemental fire resist . On top of that i thing that OL needs fire cause of the curses he has.

If u are playing on official servers i can recommend Earth attributes

dark? rolf i usually use fire - fire and fire.... orcs are fire race.

for Onslaught of Pa'agrio you should add fire stone, for low rate server.

on a high rate pvp server no idea.
