There are alot of answers/tools there, so check that first before posting a request/question/problem !

 

Btw: If you mean that tool L2Dat_EncDec: I can disrecommend it; I first used it too but it is really not practical. I prefer L2FileEdits, cause you just keep in the same file (L2Dat_encdec you need to make a file first, then edit that file, and then import that). The CT2.4 FileEdit you can find on Raules sticky topic.

 

If you still really want L2Dat_EncDec, I suggest you use google, or try contact them (inside the program you can click 'contact' or 'info' somewhere)
