if you find that it says the xml's are missing in the cmd, go to the skills files and change the xml form name - name to its #'s -#....

 

exp: change this Crispy_Tattoos.xml to 9639000-9639099. and it should fix the problem, i have not tested this yet so not 100% sure it will work. but this seems to make sence.

I changed the name and it still does not work, I am guessing its due to the fact that the armor ID is too high, but I can't be arsed to try and test that out.
