huh, on my last server  these pots were award for event (i thing that this is one of the option just like 100% recs for A a S armors and weapon ----> they are at the database but u cannot reach them)....

Usually u cannot obtain them, wait for some events, but if you are not playing a high rate there is a high chance that you won't ever see them

If not available at Events or Gmshop you prolly wont ever see them...

You can get them via manor, u need to harvest several crops and be a castle leader. Then, get on castle blacksmith and craft them

Yeah you are right but not in Interlude(C6)!

 

Quick Healing Potions can be acquired through Castle Blacksmiths and various events. I'm pretty sure that you could buy them from Castle Blacksmiths even in Interlude. Is your server l2j?
