Java is not Recognized

I would like your tin assistance relating to the dispute go to the login my server and draws the following message

 

Starting L2J Login Serve.

'java' is not recognized as an infernal or external command,

operable proggram or batch file.

 

Admin Restart ....

 

If anybody can help
