well i started to make this sign as a video guide for my current style... but i wasnt sure about the result cause the render isnt anime like my style :P so i decide to add C4D too :)

so its a simple smudge and C4D action with main color the photo filter UNDERWATER at 98%

The text isn't good,the rest are just fine/really good.

However,the C4D doesn't flow as much as it should!
