+65000 Things

Hi guys i can see some times at coliseum some ppl have +65000 things and they are not gm how did they create??

I really doubt someone would do so many enchant by hand so ... crappy l2j with gm rights for everyone, sql injection, donation, friend of gm, gm second char ...
