I have been asked from one of my friends to transform an image but i don't know so good the photoshop.

to be transformed to superman but it will not say "S" at the center it will say "B"

You mean that you want a .GIF that he is doing what you said or just manipulate it to another image?

BTW,it's pretty difficult as you know and I don't think that such a manipulation can be done from any member in here!
