Except for a few features(like being able to logoff and relog after x seconds), IG and OOG are the exact same feature wise. The main difference is that an L2 client takes hundreds of megs of ram and an OOG takes like 30. An average person can't 5 box+ with L2 clients but most machines can run unlimited OOGs. That's the point of OOG

The fact it takes about 5% of the ram an official client takes and that it takes next to no processor power to run.
