Enchant l2phx ?

hi everybody , my friend told me that some players in the server where he plays are using l2phx enchant Exploit (i think adding chances of success or smth like that) and safe enchant is +4 , many ppl got +25(max) while only donators are able to do well nvm

is there guide how to enchant with phx ? cause when i searched i found fake pics like this one

that means u didnt put right ID of wapon..or didnt targer WH..bcoz at last when u use socialvictory your wapon will deposit in WH
