How to enchant skills with higher success rate

i test with 10 giant books and result is: all skills goes to +9 all time, but make +10 is more harder! burned 4 books :) btw i spam and got dc, then i log in and see +1 enchanted :)

If your server have not protection, you can enchant skill with out giants book with l2phx.
