Why don't you try this commands on console: Cl_lw 1 (it should be 1)

                                                              Cl_lc 1 (this should be 1 too) ;)

they are already set on 1 ....................   

 

or may his problem is these -beep-ing addons?

yeah i  installed a new virgin cs 1.6  :D
