i suggest to start learning C++

you're paypal will be block from Paypal stupid guys cause you need to be verified because if someone send you more than 60 euros will be blocked automatically and you will lose your money except that you can enable a credit card and send money to the guys where you want with fake information's.

if you want a verified account on paypal without have any reason to be afraid if they lock your account or what ever put your real info's then put a credit card and then buy the code with the 4 number's where that cost 1,50 € and you will receive this code when the bill of the credit card will come to your home mostly every month then you will take this number and put it on your paypal acc and you will become a verified member and you will not need to be afraid if they will close your acc or not

Tax office will catch you, or paypal will lock the account.

I suggest to start HTML it's easy and you will learn it really fast. Then you can learn C++ so you will know 3 languages! How do you learn them? You read books or you go to school? (when I am saying school I think you know what I mean)

Imho C would be better than C++ in the start but as you have OOP knowledge you could go for C++
