in the last 2 days my computer shows a blue screen sometimes!

How many times have passed since you got this problem if more than 5 hours you will be forced to reinstall windows aka format if not i can fix this problem but it may damage windows.

i want to fix it not format... have 2 days but only the last 30 minutes it restarts every 60s - 5 min... before 2 days it was restarting every 6-12 hours...
