God Damn, are you people pretending not to understand English Language?He did not spam.It was not a spam.

Reasons:

 

1) He isn't the only one who postes like 1/10 and then leaves the post.

2) No rule until now disallows the 1/10 rating kind on photoshop misc section.

3) Do whatever you want.I am not gonna have a fight again with you or anyone because you can't understand simple English phrases.
