If searched everywhere for a guide to teach me how to make Icon for weapon

I mean i make custom weapon and i want to make a custom Icon for that weapon :D

 

Can you guys make a guide like that ??

well man how to make icon is really simple just make a picture 32x32 i don't remember pixels so when finished this just save dds o tga format and put this in utx file of ur weapon done :)
