Lineage and Proxy Servers

Recommended Posts

Hi all...

I'd like to ask you something, hopping that someone can help me.

Do you know how I can make Lineage2 to use a Proxy Server?

I opened the l2.ini file, and find this:

[ipDrv.HTTPDownload]

RedirectToURL=

ProxyServerHost=

ProxyServerPort=3128

UseCompression=True

Is this what I am looking for?

I tried to enter Proxy details in the parameters, but nothing happened :(

(The client simply ignored the Proxy details)

Please help me with this.

Thanks

hmm' date=' i was searching for this..

dont know if really works.. :-k[/quote']

It doesn't :(

I've got a more difficult question for you (all) :)

I'm trying this for a specific reason.

I want to bypass the network limitation of the camp of my University :(

I am not able to connect to none L2 server... :(

I asked the Administrator of the network, and opened the following ports:

7777, 2106, 2009 (I am not sure for the last if it is the correct).

still cannot connect to any server.

A friend of mine have an L2J server, and configure it instead of Port 7777 to use Port 80 .

This was the only time I managed to connect :|

Any ideas for this issue??? :|

Thanks and I am waiting for your help guys.... :)
