hey i have 10 mb net and i wanna ask what is max dl with it

caz i dl with 1000kb/s max (a friend have 8 mb and dl too with 1000kb/s)

also i wanna ask something about torrents

i use bittorrent and max dl is 1000 (iff i will dl 2 torrent i will dl it 1000kb/s max exp torrent 1. 700kb/s torrent 2. 300 kb/s)

is max dl for torrents client 1000kb/s or is my net this?

this is for all torrent is dl i 200 seeders or 2000000 seeders all the time max 1000 kbs
