Can you explain me how you make the focal point like that? It is awesome! What could you add... I can't think!

There are tons of way to make it better.

You can put a smudge on linear dodge and smudge it or leave it as it is!You can also make a new layer and fill it with black,put it on color dodge and then with a white brush,brush where you want it to shine..And some more that I am bored to say now :D
