Sooo ... In this tutorial I'll show you how to downgrade your World of Warcraft. For example you have World of Warcraft 3.2.2 and you want to play in server that requires 3.1.3, sooo you need to downgrade.

Its very simple:

1. Go to your World of Warcraft Data path, for example:

D:/Games/World of Warcraft/Data

And there you'll find some .MPQ files. You need to delete only one of them, named "patch.MPQ"

2. After you deleted that you need to go to the main path of the game:

D:/Games/World of Warcraft

And there you need to start Repair.exe (If you'r on Windows 7 you need to start it as Administrator)

After that you need to click on "Restart and Check the Files" ... and a window will pop up and will say that your World of Warcraft is seriosly damaged and it needs to restore an older version of it.

After the downgrade your World of Warcraft will be on 3.0.0 and you need to patch it up. If you dont have the patches on your computer you can download them from http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_mirrors

I hope I helped you ! C'ya ! ^^
