[Help]Photoshop L2 Custom Loading

Hallo guyzzz...Happy new year to everyone:D

I need help with photshop..I am trying to make my own custom loading but i have a problem..

I open a ready loading02-e.dds Image with photoshop

Look Photo

This is the ready Loading i have downloaded from MXC..

In the box i want to put my own photo..I have one ready in my desktop

but i dont know how to delete this with the dragon and put my own..plz help!
