Go to : gameserver/data/zones/zone.xml

 

Find giran harbor and change the type.

I want Speacial Zone just in Harbor can sit down to sell or buy ...all town cant sit sell buy , only harbor can!

Problem it's not a Peace Zone , problem it how can do it just for harbor shop zone, all town BB QQ no need ))
