How  Can  Make my ip Static so ...  have  a stable IP (host) for  the server 

...an ip that  dont change when reboot the pc

you must download an file named NO-IP and then your job is done search in google for the download

and at no-ip.com you can register a lot of free domains. Their program can find computer without static IP, but you must have external IP too.

Go to no-ip.. Join In, go to the domains.. Add a new domain, give it name and CREATE, Simultaneously Download de NO-IP App.. Mark the Checkbox and Voila! Your dinamic ip in chars........
