I think that if you reinstall your windows the blue screen will disappear but first try system restore

Hmm.I had the same problem before some weeks but dunno if your problem is the same as mine.It was my hard disk.I disconnected it and connected it again but nothing..

Then I connected it to a friend's pc and then to my pc again and all worked fine...

BTW I don't think that's your hard disk and I've seen somewhere a program that can help you.
