[help] noblesse quest mix

I have a problem.. I have get all the items I need and when I mixed thats

 

Hellfire Oil: 1 Fire Essence, 1 Demonic Essence at Salamnder

 

 

my 1 Fire Essence, 1 Demonic Essence disapear and I didn't get a Hellfire Oil... what mistake i did??

mabe its server bugg or mabe is located in inventory/quest items and u forgot to see...idk

it isn't in invertory/quest... and also there are so many noblesse players :S .. its 100% reate to take it?

hear me,when u create the item u can choose between three temperatures,the first one will give u the item for sure the other two have a little chance to duplicate or triplicate the item (u can obtain 2 or 3 hellfire instead 1) but at the 90% u will burn it that's all now i don t remember for sure what is the right temperature if i remember well is salamander or something similar
