Multi shortcut bars in c4?

is there anyway you can edit a file so you can have the multi shortcut bars for c4 server? thanks for help.

yeah that would be awesome, it's hard having to switch skill bars, if lets say you have passives on the other bar, or ss.

yeah it would be so leet, because i like to have skills on one ,debuffs on another and passives and buffs on the last one :) alot easier to play your character for pvp, hoping someone can show me how.
