[Suupa Share] L2 FileEdit CT2.4 + Universal Patcher - Updated with v1.0

I'd like to ask for a bit of help... I play on a private server that has recently released it's own version of system folder containing some security measures for gameplay, but unfortunately (for me) this has been a cause of a great amount of grief, since this lead to me being unable to decrypt the l2.ini file, and hence get rid of the damn window border frame... If any of you would be kind enough to take a look at it I'd be really grateful.

I can decrypt the files but than when i try to encrypt them again it doesnt work it comes: "Cannot open file "C:\USER\Jackda~1\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\temp\new-weapongrp.dat". The system cannot find the file."

It happened because the data in the file for ur weapon is incorrect.
