E-Global and L2Walker

Recommended Posts

e-Global Installed an AntiBot System that prevents the use of L2Walker as well as the use of multiple clients at the same pc. The prog that is considered to be responsible is la.exe. If anyone can disassemble it, find the language with wich it is compiled or any other info it would be helpful if you posted it here. Some ppl say they cracked it to allow multiple clients. Pls post a patch or la.exe itself with any progress you make. It's better if you cooperate with others.

btw this is a quite good disassembler

Old post:

E-global has upgraded to C4 and since then i can't log in with L2walker.

i tested versions 10.4.9, 10.6.0, 10.6.1, 10.6.3, 10.6.4 and i always get the same result:

23:28:30 L2Walker VerifyServer emulator v1.0 (C) Xen

23:28:30 Link LoginServer Succeed.

23:28:30 ->Login LoginServer Fail.

I checked the token and found this 5B3B272E5D39342D33313D3D2D252640215E2B5D which is the default one the walker uses (if I'm wrong correct me), so there was no need to use hint's prog to alter it. (Just in case I tried it but i got the same result)

This server uses L2launch v1.5. I can't figure out what it does since the token is not changed. When i start the game a window pops up entitled FlowerL2 (see pic below)

I don't have any idea about what this thing is... If someone could help me i would appreciate it.

I can't understand what kind of protection the server uses or if the walker's version just isn't compatible.

The game also works normally if you start it from l2.exe however FlowerL2 pops up again. That's why i think L2launch is only used for updates....

Here is the set.ini of walker:

[DEFAULT]

CountryList=Greece;

DefaultCountry=0

DefaultServer=0

DefaultCharacter=0

DefaultAccount=

DefaultPassWord=

[Greece]

LoginServerIP=194.219.66.246

LoginServerPort=2106

ProtocolVersion=656

ServerList=[1]e-Global;

Server's site:   www.la2.gr

I don't change the token i just leave the deafault one :)

Edit engine.dll in memory while lineage is running and find the token.

i think it is the same with the one the walker uses ...

If it isn't please help me find it ...

Maxtor any ideas with e-Global?

This is extremely confusing... :(

I tried IG Walker and it works fine without verify server emulator or anyting like that. Versions: 1.44, 1.45, 1.46 worked perfectly for me

The problem is why OOG Walker does this:

23:28:30 Link LoginServer Succeed.

23:28:30 ->Login LoginServer Fail.

Any suggestions?

Ok the set.ini looks like this:

[DEFAULT]

CountryList=Greece

DefaultCountry=0

DefaultServer=0

DefaultCharacter=

DefaultAccount=

DefaultPassWord=

[Greece]

LoginServerIP=194.219.66.246

LoginServerPort=2106

ProtocolVersion=656

ServerList=[1]e-global

and the options.ini looks like this:

[Options]

Title=L2Walker 10.6.4

Server=[1]e-global

Token=5B3B272E5D36362D2D2D3D3D2D252640215E2B5D

OffSet=$005374A4

GMFix=1

Rename=1

I think that what we r missing here is the right token and offset numbers!

Since I am a n00b i have the following question?

If u use c3 or c4 client does the token come out from l2.exe, engine.dll or core.dll?

If u only have one of the following files in order to find the token do u need to run a full client or just decrypt one of these files?

Where can I find hexprobe 1.41?

Anyway I started using another free hex editor but according to the guide of how to find a token from the engine.dll I dont seem to be able to find the $Revision string!If I start the game does anything change with the engine.dll while decrypting it?I am a bit confused! :oops:

I beleive that the problem is the token and the offset since we know the ip of the server!
