You have x64 system :P

 

Open GameServer.bat and you will see something like this :

java -Xmx512m -cp ./../libs/*;l2jserver.jar net.sf.l2j.gameserver.GameServer

 

Repleace :

java -Xmx512m -cp

 

With:

java -Xmx2012m -cp ./../libs/*;l2jserver.jar net.sf.l2j.gameserver.GameServer
