MD i got sagem too and Conn-x and yesterday i got the same problem but today its ok..so i think that the problem comes from the copmpany and not from your PC..

I guess you are right.I closed my pc yesterday night but when I woke up I saw the modem restarting again xD!

I think that you are right :p
