Well i have a question...How can i Create My Own Skill?...For example if i want a Sonic Barrier Skill But Renamed And different Effect(10 secs invis + run spd)...how can i make this?

the name is on skillname-e...then for stats of skill you should work on data/stats/skills and make them as you want...

p.s. you should now some things about stats...try search on forum and you will find guides...

i dont want to change stats on a skill i want to make my own can i? for e.x : Name of skill Fire Ball (one random skill from socrecer) with my stats :/

you can do it with client modding here you have the client side + your own xml container for the skill where you can use everything that your pack support or you can write your own java side support for the skill

 

or you can just change the stat of a skill OR you can rename a skill on client side
