I think it is yes; but some buffs don't take long enough anyway, like the third profession COV etc. (30 min isn't long I guess), so then you can better have a buffer as main char :)

I provide the server, not the population. ATM a single clan rules. But im sure the situation will balance. I think that a real clan joined server. The other are randoms. That's why it happened. They didn't had a real opponent.

the server is good,trust me guys..is developed by a guy with BRAIN(it's hard to find someone like this atm:P)..but i got bored of l2 for now and i am playing Cabal for change^^..that doesn't mean that i'll not come back,i'll..that's for sure,but atm i am waiting for a good server pvp high:)
