Enchant Bug (again?)

dunno how to prove but gm's are not helping them...I met that guy and he said gimme any S wep + stage 13 and ill make +30 wep ..and he did..I asked him how he did it but he didnt want to say.

Dudes I've tryed all and for the last time .. There's not thing like enchanting exploit, or bug... Even if there was some it's fixed long time ago.

he ain't using any program or anything..luck is everything

0-30 ?? lol are you joking ???... which server.. Like pvp with 1000000000000000x rates and 99.8% chance for weapon and armor enchanting and max is 197 >_>. I would be happy If I could do safe even +6-7 ...

on java servers u can enchants items with l2phx to max limit
