[HELP] Item Skills From Life-Stones!

Hello max cheaters... i have  a  problem in my server  i wanna  change the  time for  item skills from life stone  for example  i wanna  change the Active Skill: Magic Barrier.. because it has 2 muntes duration only :( and 20 minutes  re-use time... also i wanna change the attack skills i mean the Item Skill (active) Prominence because  for  re-use time has 7 seconds  so nobody use it :(  plz  help me  with a text and show me  with other  color what  i need to change or plz  send me  a  foto and  show me what i need to change plz help me...

Gameserver/data/stats/skills search for the id's of the skills and edit them.

yes commudus i know this path but when i find them i dont know what i need to change :/ 

that's why i need a text of Data-base or a photo because when i find the  id skils i dont know what to change :( plz. help me!
