Any can tell me wher i can fix statu for armor and wep

 

what you mean by that if its a normal stat you can do in the xml files of the armors/weapons, if its an SA you can do it 2 way if its in the skills you need to edit the SA skill or the same way like that stats(because a few SA is implemented  as a stat not as a skill)
