it is extremely difficult to find worthy and experienced GMs via forums....many ppl will aproach you telling you that they are experienced but most of them will be a bunch of n00bs and they only command they know is //admin

 

many ppl want to become GMs and you wont be in place to find if they know anything about GM staff

 

i suggest to watch out who ppl will join your team as they might destroy your server in 10 minutes if not handled with caution
