My 1st try to create Moonlight Effect like that in DotA (-weather moonlight) . For 1st try I think it's a BIT good. If someone want to help me I would apreciate that. I hope to like it! Version 1.0 Version 2.0 PS: It's big i know but after I finish with the whole project I will make it smaller. PS No2: Sorry about bad quality.

  Well it's up to the owner of the project to decide. If he feels modifications might be the gray area of the law, his project his rules who are we to judge. Anyhow its very remarkable that in about a week he has done such substantial work that eglobal needed years and 70 devs to do.
