Doesnt matter if the owner doesnt have any knowledge at all... the only thing matters is motivation and seriousness. If you are pro dev, but dun have any motivation or seriousness, your server will prolly die... but if you are motivated and serious, you will do everything to keep ur server up... even hire a dev to code ur server to make it better...

So, if the owner is newb in developing doesnt mean that the server will suck.
