Hum, you can use +4dex -5CON, +4STR -5CON. You will not use CON againt some mobs. But, be carefull with how many CON you put out.

- 10con .... grry. i think is bad idea. i wont use bizon so i need <60%hp

if i'll have -10con it will be v.hard to keep my hp ;/

Um, better you loose CON than another, like STR. Btw, if you have full buffed and buffs p.atack attack, you can use -STR.
